Brindleyplace, Birmingham

Award winning Brindleyplace is acknowledged as being one of the finest examples of city centre regeneration in the UK.

The development was master planned to create a new “city quarter” comprising a series of commercial developments set within outstanding public realm.

Developments include over 100,000 sq.ft of retail and leisure, 900,000 sq.ft of offices in eleven buildings, a 900 space multi storey car park, a hotel, serviced apartments, a theatre and the National Sealife Centre.

After completion, the majority of the development was retained and managed by the Brindleyplace Limited Partnership and subsequently sold to Hines and Moorfield.
