Thames Valley Park, Reading

Thames Valley Park is one of the best established business parks in the Thames Valley area. This project comprised the last plot of 20 acres on the park, which has over a mile of river frontage to the River Thames.

Five buildings were developed with each building having its own parking and built with a brickwork and glazed façade, with landscaping that enabled the buildings to sit comfortably in a natural park environment. All buildings were naturally ventilated.

The completed buildings were sold individually.
