One St Peter's Square provides BREEAM 'Excellent', Grade A office space in the heart of Manchester's central business district.

The right to be the 50/50 development partner with the original building owner (Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund) was secured in open competition.

Subsequently, planning permission for a significantly larger office building was secured and terms agreed with KPMG for a 63,000 sq.ft pre-let that enabled development to commence in challenging market conditions.

The building remains in the ownership of Argent and the Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund.
