Livingbase Brindleyplace Serviced apartments, Birmingham

Livingbase comprises a development of 35 high quality one and two bedroom apartments located in a mixed use building above the regional headquarters of Royal Bank of Scotland.

The apartments were designed for the serviced apartment market and were successfully and profitably operated by an ‘in house’ team for four years before being acquired by SACO.

The development of a mixed office / residential scheme required careful consideration of operational issues of both uses and resulted in some innovative legal structures to protect the office occupier and the apartment operator.
