Faringdon, Oxfordshire

Following a period of research and analysis, an extensive consultation exercise was undertaken in 2012 with local residents and their representatives culminating in a planning application for 200 homes that was submitted in January 2013.

The proposal involved the creation of a masterplan that defines a new neighbourhood with quality public realm and a range of housing typologies and densities that respond to the wider housing market needs in the area.

In November 2013, Vale of White Horse Council passed a resolution to grant planning permission for 200 homes.
