Prime City of London Grade A office development. A key point to the success of this project was being able to negotiate a new entrance to the building off Noble Street, and bringing the building into the steel cordon of the City core, thus increasing the achievable rent.

A complex development site with archaeology, party walls, rights of light and listed structures to contend with.

The building was fully let at completion and then was sold to Henderson Global Investors.
